4/25 Friday 8am with Lauren (No Class April 26th) Join us this Spring for a rejuvenating faith-flow yoga experience! We warmly welcome individuals of all levels to our community as we explore a deeper mind, body, and spirit connection together. Embrace this opportunity to grow and transform in a supportive environment. Let’s jump into yoga and elevate our practice together! Bring a mat and an open heart :) Your donation of $20 goes to InterFaith Neighbors in Asbury Park. They help the vulnerable in securing life’s critical necessities, while building healthier, more equitable communities.
