Located within the beautifully decorated Fred Astaire Dance Studio, 3203 Atlantic Ave in Wall Township, NJ. Enjoy our Christmas-themed yoga studio with a focus on the essence of the season—centering around Christ's birth and incorporating elements of giving, gratitude, and peace during the festive month of December. It's a beautiful way to infuse mindfulness and reflection into the holiday rush. The blend of all-levels yoga practice, along with breathing exercises and meditations, will offer a well-rounded experience for attendees seeking both physical and mental relaxation during what can often be a hectic time of year. Bring a mat and an open heart :)
